name, club address, telephone number and your name as you
would like it to be engraved. Payment can be made through
your internet bank, we will send you our bank details after
receiving your order. Or alternatively, cheques to be made payable to Keith D Designs and placed
with the order in the amount of £ 79.99, inclusive of
postage and packing, a full receipt will be supplied with the
Plaque.
